AFP-MI Hits Schauer, McDowell for Supporting Pelosi Spending Sprees in TV Ads
Americans For Prosperity-Michigan today released television commercials in Michigan’s two most highly-targeted congressional districts, discussing both candidate’s support for failed Washington policies that are drowning Michigan in debt and unemployment. The ads, titled “Critical Time” and “Turnaround” begin running today on cable and broadcast networks across the 1st and 7th Congressional Districts respectively.
“Citizens need to let Schauer and McDowell know they are sick of the spending and tax hike plans in Washington,” said AFP-Michigan State Director Scott Hagerstom. “The message is simple: If they keep voting YES on big government programs, Michigan will vote NO on them in November.”
The ads are part of AFP’s “November Is Coming” project, which includes a recently announced Bus Tour across Schauer’s district.
